All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and products at any time.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will let you know and arrange a refund of any payment made.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, get in touch via our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we’ll see what we can do. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or the resupply of equivalent goods. Please follow all product instructions and safety guidance.
